School Administrative Assistant – St. Theodore School
Applications will be received for the position of School Administrative Assistant. This is a part-time (12 hours/week) permanent position at St. Theodore School in Theodore. Duties for this position will commence on August 26, 2024, or on a date as mutually agreed. The following would be considered assets for this position:
- a diploma in the office administration / business field or related experience;
- a strong computer background including experience with Microsoft Office and the ability to use or learn office/school software systems;
- strong communication and interpersonal skills; and
- familiarity and understanding of the Catholic faith.
